Thank you for shopping at Kynexgl! We strive to provide you with the best possible shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how and when your order will be shipped.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your items.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

    • Cost: Free 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number(s). You can track your shipment directly using the link provided in the email or by entering your tracking number on our tracking page.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Kynexgl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at info@kynexgl.store with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local carrier facility first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at info@kynexgl.store so we can assist you.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small window to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately at info@kynexgl.store if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
